  1. Returns Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
    • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Personalized or custom-made eyeglasses
    • Gift cards
    • Eyeglasses purchased on clearance or during promotional sales

    Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  4. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at Infor@luxurycruisevacationss.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  5. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary, but typically take 5-10 business days.

  6. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
